How to Return an Item

Start Your Return

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and click "Request Return" on the order you want to return.

Print Shipping Label

You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours. Print it and attach to your package.

Ship Your Package

Drop off your package at any UPS or USPS location. Keep your receipt as proof of shipment.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Here's the fastest way to get what you need:

  1. Place a new order for the correct item (to ensure availability)
  2. Initiate a return for the original item
  3. Ship back the original item using the prepaid label

Tip: This method is faster than waiting for us to process the exchange, especially for popular items that may sell out.

  • Return Processing 3-5 business days
  • Bank Processing 5-10 business days
  • Total Time 8-15 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original card is no longer active, your bank will typically redirect the funds to your new card or issue a check.

Damaged or Defective Items?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@relentlessdissent.com with:

  • - Your order number
  • - Photos of the damage or defect
  • - Description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.
